A WEEKEND BOOKING FOR POLYAPES COMMENCES AT 1800 HRS FRIDAY AND ENDS AT 1600 HRS SUNDAY. ANY VARIATION TO THESE TIMES WILL BE CHARGEABLE. START TIMES FOR WHOLE WEEK BOOKINGS OR MORE TO BE ARRANGED/AGREED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. BOOKINGS ARE ONLY CONFIRMED ON RECEIPT OF THE DEPOSIT AND A SIGNED COPY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. THE BALANCE WILL BE COLLECTED DURING YOUR STAY ON SITE. PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING THE MEANS OF PAYMENT WITH YOU. POLYAPES LEVIES A SURCHARGE OF £25 ON FEES NOT COLLECTED DURING YOUR STAY.

Scouts & Guides £3.25 per person per night. Day Visitors £1.00 per person per day.
Non Scouting £5.50 per person per night. Day visitors £2.00 per person per day.
District Fun Days, Sports days, etc £1.00 per person plus 15%.
Whole & Half Site bookings are subject to negotiation & availability contact the Bookings Secretary.
Groups requiring "Set-Up" days contact the Bookings Secretary.

Central heating is now available in the Mowgli £15 per night.

Deposits & Balances: You will be advised at the time of booking what the deposit will be depending on what type of camp your are running. Deposits are not refundable. Balances are payable during your stay, a surcharge of £25 will be levied on late payments.
"It is the policy of the Scout Association to safeguard the welfare of all members by protecting them from physical, sexual and emotional harm". All users of this campsite will be expected to adopt a code of behavior in line with the above policy. Non Scouting groups will be asked to provide a copy of their Policy and may be asked to sign a copy of ours.
In the event of an accident that requires the emergency services being called, this must be co-ordinated with the Duty Warden (if present) a nominated person must be sent to the bottom of the drive to see the emergency services onto the site. Any accidents must be reported to the Duty Warden (if present) & entered in the accident book.
Polyapes is run on a voluntary basis. Wherever possible we will endeavor to have wardens or service crew on site during your stay.
